Executive / Personal Assistant - Family Office
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to support a private family office overseeing multiple residences and entities. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination across financial, operational, and personal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property operations, vendors, and maintenance across multiple residences
- Coordinate construction and renovation projects with contractors and design professionals
- Manage cash flow, banking, bill pay, and bookkeeping across entities
- Administer insurance policies (property, auto, collections, liability) including renewals and claims
- Support family members with financial, housing, and administrative needs
- Manage domestic staff hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
- Coordinate with accountants on tax documentation and filings
- Oversee office operations, IT infrastructure, and service providers
- Arrange travel (commercial and private) and handle day-to-day logistics
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a family office or similar environment
- Strong financial and organizational skills
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
