Executive / Personal Assistant - Family Office


We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to support a private family office overseeing multiple residences and entities. This individual will serve as a key point of coordination across financial, operational, and personal matters.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee property operations, vendors, and maintenance across multiple residences
  • Coordinate construction and renovation projects with contractors and design professionals
  • Manage cash flow, banking, bill pay, and bookkeeping across entities
  • Administer insurance policies (property, auto, collections, liability) including renewals and claims
  • Support family members with financial, housing, and administrative needs
  • Manage domestic staff hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
  • Coordinate with accountants on tax documentation and filings
  • Oversee office operations, IT infrastructure, and service providers
  • Arrange travel (commercial and private) and handle day-to-day logistics


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a family office or similar environment
  • Strong financial and organizational skills
  • High level of discretion and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
