Corporate Trainer – Property Management
Multifamily Real Estate Investment firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with a multifamily property management background to lead and enhance training initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate teams.
- Create onboarding programs and ensure consistent training completion for new hires.
- Partner with department leaders to maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date training content.
- Develop facilitator guides, training materials, and virtual learning resources.
- Maintain training calendars, records, and reporting systems.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support property teams through occasional on-site training and coaching.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
- Prior training, onboarding, coaching, or instructional experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Zoom, Teams, and related platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and industry compliance requirements preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
