We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support our CEO and executive leadership team. This role combines executive support with operational oversight, project management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who excels in both strategic thinking and execution, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and senior leadership.
- Lead and manage key projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and serve as a liaison between departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and dashboards for executive use.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Track organizational priorities, monitor project timelines, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Support internal operations, including HR, finance, and communications, as needed.
- Manage and maintain executive-level correspondence and confidential documents.
- Oversee CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of key contacts and interactions.
- Attend internal and external meetings; document notes and action items.
- Anticipate needs and proactively remove barriers to the CEO’s productivity.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in executive-level support, operations, or project management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision and agility.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
