Bookkeeper - Construction / Real Estate
Growing commercial general contractor and industrial real estate developer seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Coordinator to support accounting, project management, and operations across construction and real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
- Process AP invoices and vendor payments
- Manage lien waivers, W-9s, COIs, and vendor compliance
- Assist with pay applications, retainage tracking, and project cost tracking
- Coordinate workflows in QuickBooks and Procore
- Support reconciliations, reporting, and project administration
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Construction and/or real estate accounting background
- QuickBooks experience required; Procore preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
