Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Process AR and AP transactions.
- Perform monthly closing and banking reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks and possess knowledge of AIA Billings.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Direct and supervise the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Direct tax preparation and filing activities.
- Participate in the development and improvement of internal controls.
- Create financial reports and manage project cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation of administrative activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Bilingual in Mandarin required.
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPA a plus.
