Accounting Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Process AR and AP transactions.
  • Perform monthly closing and banking reconciliations.
  • Manage and maintain QuickBooks and possess knowledge of AIA Billings.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
  • Direct and supervise the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures.
  • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Direct tax preparation and filing activities.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of internal controls.
  • Create financial reports and manage project cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation of administrative activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin required.
  • 3-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPA a plus.
