Licensed Architect

A leading NYC real estate developer is seeking an experienced Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of luxury multifamily and mixed-use developments. This role will oversee architectural design, technical coordination, code compliance, and construction administration from concept through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and project execution for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents using BIM (Autodesk Revit preferred).
• Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code, zoning, ADA, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals while supporting construction administration.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design issues, and maintain project quality, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor junior architects and support value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect (New York license preferred).
• 20+ years of architectural experience.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency required.
• Strong proficiency in BIM and Autodesk Revit.
• Extensive knowledge of NYC Building Code, zoning, and permitting.
• Experience with high-rise residential, condominium, and mixed-use developments.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
