Personal Assistant - Family Office
Single Family Office based in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Principal and their family office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for the principal’s day-to-day personal matters
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and schedules (both personal and professional)
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, hotels, itineraries, and visas
- Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth household operations
- Oversee personal errands, shopping, and gifting (including sourcing, wrapping, and delivery)
- Event planning and coordination, including private dinners, family functions, and special occasions
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive family and business information
- Handle expense reporting, petty cash reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping as needed
- Monitor and manage household inventory and supplies
- Ensure proactive problem solving and support in emergencies or unexpected situations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role for HNW individuals or family offices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Highly discreet with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern communication tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
