Family Office Associate


We are seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented professional to join a growing wealth management and family office team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing high-touch service and operational support across investment, planning, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment while delivering exceptional client experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, account requests, and documentation needs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including data collection, account setup, and expectation management.
  • Provide personalized support to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth clients and their families.
  • Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and business initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials.


Qualifications:


  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or a family office environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment, financial planning, or estate planning concepts.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and ability to work with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or portfolio management systems.
