Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and grow marketing efforts for a real estate services firm. This person will manage a diverse marketing team focused on property promotion, creative work, broker support, and company communications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate marketing, solid leadership skills, and a passion for the industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support a team working on property marketing, broker support, and content creation.
  • Develop marketing strategies that align with company goals and oversee related budgets and media plans.
  • Work closely with company leadership, brokers, and other departments to keep branding consistent and explore creative opportunities.
  • Lead marketing campaigns focused on digital advertising, social media, printed materials, and events.
  • Represent the marketing team in client meetings—presenting strategies, timelines, and results.
  • Keep projects on track by managing deadlines and resources effectively.
  • Ensure marketing efforts improve the experience for residents and strengthen client relationships.
  • Support broker-related marketing efforts to help with hiring and retention.
  • Help create presentations and materials for winning new business.
  • Oversee internal and external communications including PR, newsletters, and broker updates.
  • Make sure all materials match the company’s branding and messaging.
  • Stay on top of trends, audience behaviors, and competitors to guide future strategies.
  • Track performance of marketing efforts using data and KPIs.
  • Use results to improve targeting, messaging, and overall strategy.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years managing a team.
  • Experience in real estate or professional services is highly preferred.
  • Proven success running integrated marketing campaigns and managing budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with marketing tools like Canva, CRM platforms, email marketing, and analytics software.
