Family Office Accountant


Single Family Office is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee day-to-day accounting across multiple entities. This role offers strong ownership of processes and the opportunity to maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financials.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accounting records across multiple entities, including holding companies and trusts
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and support financial statement preparation
  • Manage accounts payable, expense tracking, and payment processing
  • Assist with cash management across entities
  • Coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Support process improvements and internal controls
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational needs


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with multi-entity structures; trusts or investment entities preferred
  • Experience in a family office, investment firm, or holding company environment is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or similar systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
