Director of Recruiting
Growing Real Estate Investment firm is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Recruiting to lead talent acquisition across a growing multi-state property management organization. This role will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent across property operations, maintenance, corporate, and leadership positions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for property-level, maintenance, corporate, and leadership roles.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
- Implement sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, industry associations, and other recruiting channels.
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate quality, and turnover trends.
- Oversee ATS administration, recruiting workflows, reporting, and process improvements.
- Evaluate recruiting vendors, agencies, job boards, and recruiting technologies to maximize ROI.
- Enhance employer branding, candidate experience, and employment marketing efforts.
- Support succession planning, retention initiatives, and internal talent development programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
- Recruiting leadership or management experience preferred.
- Proven success leading high-volume and multi-site recruiting initiatives.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment expertise.
- Experience developing recruiting strategies, talent pipelines, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred).
