Community Manager – Luxury Multifamily

A leading Multifamily Property Management firm is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a large, new construction apartment community in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for operations, leasing, resident relations, team management, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day property operations and ensure a top-tier resident experience
• Supervise and develop an onsite team across leasing, maintenance, and administration
• Manage budgets, reporting, and revenue strategies to optimize NOI
• Partner with ownership on financial and operational initiatives
• Oversee vendor relations, maintenance schedules, and compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of luxury multifamily property management experience; large new construction or institutional experience preferred
• Proven success with lease-ups, financial oversight, and team leadership
• Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or industry certification (CAM/CPM/ARM) preferred
