This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the financial engine of the business—driving accuracy, insight, and performance across multiple divisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Own monthly close: WIP, job cost, and full financial reporting
• Lead and mentor a lean accounting team (AP, AR, Payroll)
• Drive cash management, forecasting, and financial strategy
• Oversee GL integrity, reconciliations, and audit readiness
• Partner with leadership, banks, auditors, and external advisors
• Manage tax filings, budgets, and continuous process improvements

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of accounting experience (5+ in construction)
• Deep expertise in WIP + job costing (Sage 300 CRE preferred)
• Strong leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
• Advanced Excel + financial systems experience
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
