Project Manager

Leading commercial contractor specializing in painting, wallcovering, and coatings is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join its team. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Lead and manage project teams, including field supervisors and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, financial tracking, and documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote future business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction
• Experience with paint, drywall, flooring, or other relevant finishing background is required
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, contracts, and safety regulations.
• Experience managing process and people to achieve results
• Experience with Estimating is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage Timberline is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
