Vertically integrated real estate investment firm in the San Jose area is looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator to support their portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and respond to tenant/vendor requests
- Responsible for supporting daily property operations, including tenant and vendor coordination, administrative tasks, and assisting the Property Manager.
- Coordinate building operations, service requests, and access
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, including invoices, billing, and collections
- Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Assist with budgeting, vendor contracts, and monthly reporting
- Support office operations (scheduling, supplies, correspondence)
- Coordinate tenant moves, events, and building activities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years administrative or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting and office procedures
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
