Vertically integrated real estate investment firm in the San Jose area is looking for a Tenant Services Coordinator to support their portfolio


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service and respond to tenant/vendor requests
  • Responsible for supporting daily property operations, including tenant and vendor coordination, administrative tasks, and assisting the Property Manager.
  • Coordinate building operations, service requests, and access
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, including invoices, billing, and collections
  • Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with budgeting, vendor contracts, and monthly reporting
  • Support office operations (scheduling, supplies, correspondence)
  • Coordinate tenant moves, events, and building activities


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years administrative or customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and office procedures
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
