Office Manager (Bilingual in Spanish)
Real Estate Investment firm is seeking a highly organized and bilingual Office Manager to support daily operations at a well-established manufactured housing community in Lancaster, PA. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering excellent service to residents and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, prospects, and vendors
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
- Support leasing activities (applications, screening coordination, lease prep, move-ins)
- Handle resident communications, notices, and general inquiries
- Assist with rent collection support and account-related questions
- Maintain accurate resident files and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with maintenance on work orders and follow-ups
- Manage vendor relationships, invoices, and service tracking
- Support office organization, supplies, and staff onboarding
- Assist with community events and resident engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 2+ years of experience in office management, property management, or admin roles
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle resident issues professionally and calmly
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and office systems
- Experience with property management software (Rent Manager or similar) is a plus
- Basic understanding of rent collection, invoicing, or accounting processes preferred
