- Review plans and specifications, develop work plans, and lead pre-construction coordination
- Manage schedules, sequencing, and coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, utilities, and agencies
- Be actively engaged in daily field operations—providing technical oversight and problem-solving in real time
- Track costs, quantities, invoices, and forecasts; maintain tight cost control and accurate reporting
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, including submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and performance
- Handle change orders, extra work, claims, and cost proposals with confidence and clarity
- Prepare monthly progress reports, schedule updates, and executive-level performance summaries
- Identify contract risk, evaluate exposure, and recommend mitigation strategies to senior leadership
- Analyze alternate means and methods to deliver the most economical and effective solutions
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts for upcoming bids and negotiated work
- Uphold best-in-class safety standards and maintain a clean, productive jobsite culture

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure
- Skilled at prioritizing, multitasking, and making sound decisions under pressure
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of CAD and construction management systems (e.g., SAGE or similar)
- Strong grasp of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and job cost reporting
