Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
The Property Manager / Senior Property Manager serves as the strategic steward of a mixed commercial and residential portfolio. This role is responsible for maximizing NOI, preserving asset value, and executing long-term ownership strategies through disciplined financial oversight, operational leadership, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor property management and maintenance teams
- Develop and execute multi-year asset strategies, including value-add and repositioning initiatives
- Oversee annual budgets, CapEx forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Optimize revenue through rent roll audits, lease-up strategy, and collections oversight
- Ensure accurate expense reconciliations and compliance with lease structures
- Negotiate and manage major vendor contracts
- Interpret and enforce commercial (including Triple Net) and residential leases
- Produce detailed financial reporting with narrative performance analysis
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and oversee capital projects
- Lead risk management efforts, including emergency response and insurance claims
- Serve as primary liaison to ownership, delivering strategic portfolio insights
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial property management experience
- Proven success driving NOI growth and asset performance
- Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret income statements and build/manage budgets
- Experience with CAM reconciliations and complex lease structures (NNN preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with Yardi Voyager required
- CPM, CCIM, RPA, or similar designation a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to travel as needed
