Property Administrator


The Property Administrator ensures efficient administrative processes, organized office systems, and accurate documentation. This role plays a key part in supporting leasing, compliance, resident relations, and maintenance coordination — all while maintaining a welcoming and well-run front office environment.


Responsibilities:


Administrative Support & Office Management

  • Organize and maintain all documentation, including new applications, lease renewals, compliance records, and internal files.
  • Prepare and track lease renewals in coordination with the Community Relations Representative.
  • Ensure the front office is clean, well-stocked, and presents a professional first impression — you “own the office.”

Property Operations

  • Conduct or assist with unit inspections, including move-ins, move-outs, and periodic checks.
  • Support the Community Manager with bookkeeping tasks and bank deposits.
  • Assist with compliance tracking and audit preparation by keeping records accurate and up to date.

Resident & Leasing Support

  • Assist with community marketing efforts including flyers, event preparation, social media content, and announcements.
  • Log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution and effective communication with residents.
  • Support collections efforts through follow-up reminders and administrative data entry.


Qualifications:


  • Strong customer service orientation with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in administrative systems and digital tools (e.g., Excel, property management platforms).
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
