Property Administrator
The Property Administrator ensures efficient administrative processes, organized office systems, and accurate documentation. This role plays a key part in supporting leasing, compliance, resident relations, and maintenance coordination — all while maintaining a welcoming and well-run front office environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support & Office Management
- Organize and maintain all documentation, including new applications, lease renewals, compliance records, and internal files.
- Prepare and track lease renewals in coordination with the Community Relations Representative.
- Ensure the front office is clean, well-stocked, and presents a professional first impression — you “own the office.”
Property Operations
- Conduct or assist with unit inspections, including move-ins, move-outs, and periodic checks.
- Support the Community Manager with bookkeeping tasks and bank deposits.
- Assist with compliance tracking and audit preparation by keeping records accurate and up to date.
Resident & Leasing Support
- Assist with community marketing efforts including flyers, event preparation, social media content, and announcements.
- Log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution and effective communication with residents.
- Support collections efforts through follow-up reminders and administrative data entry.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in administrative systems and digital tools (e.g., Excel, property management platforms).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
