Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Project Management Team in planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project deadlines
  • Manage and maintain project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs
  • Ensure compliance with all NYC agencies and company policies
  • Assist with preparing and submitting project reports and documentation
  • Communicate and follow up with contractors and team members to ensure project goals are met



Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in multifamily construction project management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
