Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Management Team in planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project deadlines
- Manage and maintain project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs
- Ensure compliance with all NYC agencies and company policies
- Assist with preparing and submitting project reports and documentation
- Communicate and follow up with contractors and team members to ensure project goals are met
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily construction project management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
