Structural Engineer - Luxury High-Rise

A leading NYC real estate developer is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support the design and delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. This role focuses on structural analysis, design coordination, and construction support for complex urban projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
• Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, and composite systems.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code and applicable structural design standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination, site visits, value engineering, and construction administration.
• Support foundation design coordination and resolve field issues.

Qualifications::

• 15+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with high-rise building design and construction.
• Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar structural analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and steel structural systems, NYC Building Code, and BIM coordination.
• Excellent project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• PE license is a plus
