Plant Controller - Manufacturing

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations at its primary production facility. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with ownership and operations to improve cost discipline, strengthen financial reporting, and provide greater visibility into plant performance and margins.

The position will serve as the senior finance leader on-site, working directly with plant leadership to drive operational and financial results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead standard costing and yield analysis across production lines
• Perform product margin analysis across core product streams
• Prepare weekly cash forecasts and rolling financial projections
• Oversee inventory integrity and working capital management
• Manage month-end close and financial reporting
• Oversee payroll administration and internal financial controls
• Evaluate capital projects and operational investments
• Develop and maintain operational KPI dashboards

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of manufacturing finance experience
• Strong cost accounting expertise (required)
• Experience with financial modeling and ERP systems
• Comfortable working closely with operations in a plant environment
• Analytical, disciplined, and operationally minded
• Experience in food, agriculture, oilseed, or related manufacturing industries preferred
