HR Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems tailored to team structures and organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular employee assessments and support performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Support workplace hospitality and administrative functions, including guest reception, event coordination, and office services.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Oversee HR administration, including payroll support, benefits management, and leave tracking.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Assist with office operations to promote a welcoming and professional work environment.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin required.
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience in corporate hospitality management and guest reception is required.
  • Experience in the real estate or investment management industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage employee performance management programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
