HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement performance management systems tailored to team structures and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular employee assessments and support performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Support workplace hospitality and administrative functions, including guest reception, event coordination, and office services.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations.
- Oversee HR administration, including payroll support, benefits management, and leave tracking.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and internal events.
- Assist with office operations to promote a welcoming and professional work environment.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Bilingual in Mandarin required.
- 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in corporate hospitality management and guest reception is required.
- Experience in the real estate or investment management industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and manage employee performance management programs.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
