Bookkeeper / Accountant - Real Estate / Family Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and monitoring delinquencies
- Calculate and apply interest and late fees; prepare periodic AR reporting
- Record daily securities trading activity and reconcile positions with brokers
- Perform daily cash and securities data entry and reconciliations
- Execute cash transactions, including wires and intra-bank transfers
- Prepare and distribute daily securities reports
- Complete monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
- Collaborate with Controller, CFO, and ownership on reporting and financial operations
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant Bookkeeping/Accounting experience; real estate or family office experience a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
